The Role


We're looking for an IT Manager to expand Muslim Aid Australia's world-class IT infrastructure and deliver cutting-edge technological solutions.
 

 Must have experience in:

  • Managing enterprise architecture, policies and procedures.
  • Managing a team of skilled technical resources with allocation of tasks, monitoring of progress and reporting of outputs.
  • Providing operational and project reports to management.
  • Working with marketing teams to build and support digital initiatives including web presence.
  • Supporting, training and engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders inclusive of executive level, staff, donors, legal and marketing.
  • Infrastructure management, including networking, servers, desktops, VoIP, security, and business continuity.
  • Web server and CRM monitoring and management
  • Managing the design, development and enhancement of websites, CRM, and mobile apps.
 

Required knowledge

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
